We're Brittany and Shawn Louiseize — Canadian real estate investors and the co-founders of SBL Sunshine Properties. We buy and sell houses across the United States, entirely remotely, and we teach other Canadians to do the same thing properly: the right U.S. structure, real underwriting, and a business that can support living in the U.S. through the E-2 path.
Brittany spent 20 years as a registered nurse before going all-in on real estate. Together we've built SBL into a remote flipping business we run from wherever we want to be — and we walk our clients through the whole process, from first deal to sale.
